The Precise team has recently completed another Excellent run of jobs at Morrisons stores located across the south west. Despite being stretched thin the team leapt into action after a previous contractor had let the client down and were more than willing to pick up the slack to get the job back on schedule. Even while dealing with a number of issues such as a lack of materials being available nationwide at the time, the team worked hard and went above and beyond to make things work, calling in resources and favours from all across the county just to deliver the quality finish that we guarantee our clients. Despite ever changing variations to the plan and the contract our management team were able to work closely with the main contractor to ensure that the client was pleased with the final result.
Morrisons Weymouth was the biggest refit that we have ever taken on as a company at approximately 4000m2, the sheer size of this store meant that it would pose a great number of challenges to our team. Just like everything during 2020 the pandemic did not make this a easy refit, with material shortages across the country, ever changing Covid guidelines and a refurbishment plan that was having to be adapted and changed to meet the latest guidelines. This was a remarkably complicated job but like always our team adapted and rose to the occasion, whether this meant driving across the country to to find what we needed or working through the weekend in order to adapt to the latest changes I could not be any prouder of the work done by each and every member of our team who was involved in this job.
Morrisons Newquay
This year Precise Shopfitting were asked to take part in a major refurbishment programme to a Morrison’s store located in Newquay. The proposed works saw our site teams decide to work through the night in order to not inconvenience the clients customers and achieve not a just a successful project but a safe one as well. The refit pertained to a extension of the existing entrance and exit ways with essential works being carried out to ensure the store had the maximum space available to allow the customers to effectively social distance. Our teams were involved in the works at the earliest possible stage with out lads being brought in to build and prepare walls inside the new entrance as well as being there right to the final night to provide all the quality finishing touches for which we are known
